We’d like to advise that from Monday 19 July 2021, we will still be requesting our staff and patient to wear face masks / coverings whilst in our Practices, in line with current Government guidance.
Patients are required to continue to wear a face mask / covering in all healthcare settings, primarily to protect others, so doing so – unless exempt – is key to preventing spread of infection.
We will be maintaining our social distancing rules and protect our staff and patients at Parkfields Surgery, please ensure you follow the signs displayed and practice social distancing at all times.
We will continue to only invite patients into the building for one of the following reasons between 08:00 and 18:30, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays):
- Pre-booked face to face appointment with a clinician
- Collecting a document / sample pot / prescription
- Dropping off a document / sample
- Dropping off a prescription (please use the prescription boxes outside)
Please do NOT enter the Practice otherwise.
All other queries and appointment requests will continue to be taken via telephone, please contact the Practice on either 01332 784684.
We would like to thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
